De Bradelei Wharf Shopping Centre

About the Project:

EAS were contracted to carry out the removal of asbestos insulation board ceiling tiles and encapsulation of cement panels from all Shop Bays within De Bradelei Wharf Shopping Centre.

Works were carried out in various phases as per the client’s request giving shop owners as much notice as possible.

Regular liaison with the client and shop owners was imperative to complete the project within the required timescales as co-operation from the shop owners was necessary in moving their merchandise prior to works commencing.

Working at height was the main non-asbestos issue we faced during the execution of the works, double width 6.2m AGR mobile scaffold towers were used for access to the ceilings.
