Lyndon Smoker – Managing Director

Lyndon has been with the company since its inception in 2007, becoming Managing Director in 2012.

As Managing Director, Lyndons primary focus is to ensure that EAS provides its clients with a high level of service and that the business maintains excellent standards with regards to health and safety.

Lyndon enjoys getting involved with the day to day running of the business and building client relationships.

Lyndon has recently attended the IOSH Leading Safely course to further his knowledge into leading the business safely.

Marc Holden – Contracts Manager

Marc has been in the asbestos industry since 2005 and has been with EAS since 2012. Starting as an Operative he progressed through the ranks becoming Contracts Manager in 2017.

Marc is directly involved with the planning of all projects from visiting site to quote works to producing the site specific Plans of Work and Risk Assessments.

Marc is also responsible for carrying out the management audits for the company. He ensures that works are delivered to a high standard and health and safety is adhered to.

Marc recently obtained his Level 4 Diploma in Licensed Asbestos Removal for Contract Managers.

Leanne Holden – Finance & Operations Manager

Leanne has been with EAS since 2011 as the Office Administrator and currently undertakes the role of Finance & Operations Manager.

Leanne provides support to Lyndon and Marc with producing Plans of Works & Risk Assessments, reviews and updates all company policies and procedures and ensures compliance with current legislation.

Her knowledge with regards to Health and Safety, operational skills and attention to detail adds value to the planning and executing of all projects.

In addition to her operational role within EAS, Leanne has recently assumed responsibility of the company’s finance and is the main contact for all human resource matters.

 

Joe Smoker – Business Development Manager

Joe joined EAS in 2019 as an operative on site before being made up to business development manager in 2022. Having spent a couple of years experiencing the removals first hand, it has helped him gain knowledge on the industry which aids him when speaking to new clients.

As well as on boarding new clients, Joe also maintains relationships with our current clients, ensuring that everyone is happy with the services they are receiving from EAS.

Internally Joe is always looking to improve the business where he can, day to day dealings with suppliers, keeping an eye on the outgoings, keeping costs to a minimum. Joe has also started Implementing systems to make life easier for his fellow employees and generally checking up on them leaving no one with an unvoiced opinion.
